Product Management Director for Wheeled Goods

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Product Management Wheeled Goods to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. As a key member of our product management department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our wheeled goods product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions
- Manage product portfolios to ensure optimal product mix and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Provide strategic guidance and support to product management teams
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in product management, preferably in the wheeled goods industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Fluent written and oral communication in German and English language
