Technician for Mobile Port Cranes

Are you prepared to travel internationally and engage in diverse projects? If so, you have found the right opportunity. Our Field Task Force Team is tasked with the assembly and commissioning of mobile port cranes, ensuring they perform reliably under the most challenging conditions.
Through our products and dedicated teams, we establish new benchmarks in the handling of various cargo types on vessels of all sizes, as well as across different terminal environments. Become a part of our organization.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Executing the electrical assembly and commissioning of crane systems, which involves the assembly of crane components and the installation of electrical elements in compliance with safety standards.
- Preparing assembly documentation, including IBS reports and error logs for the project management team.
- Collaborating with customers on-site to coordinate construction activities and work alongside local representatives.
- Verifying that our cranes adhere to quality standards during final acceptance, documenting safety test outcomes, preparing concluding reports, updating revision plans, and communicating error diagnoses to quality management and project management teams.
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as an electrician or mechatronics engineer with a strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Ability to lead a construction site following comprehensive training.
- Preferably, you possess the certification to inspect cranes and lifting devices, or are willing to obtain this certification with our assistance.
- Familiarity with programmable controllers such as S7.
- Proficient in English and possess good German language skills; additional languages are advantageous.
- Comfortable working at heights and willing to travel internationally for extended periods.
