Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Procurement teams to deliver support across various functions, ensuring seamless process execution.
  • Provide administration and maintenance of tools and systems post-implementation, guaranteeing optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of procurement processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver effective training programs for processes and systems, ensuring stakeholders are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Act as a key contact for projects within the Procurement Excellence team and other departments, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Participate in supplier management through data analysis and documentation, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Guide and advise process practitioners to ensure best practices are adopted, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate processes and advocate for procurement within the business, ensuring alignment and synergy.
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial or technical training, or academic studies (Bachelor's degree)
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Solid understanding of processes and organizational goals
  • Fast learning ability and good self-reflection
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to build and motivate teams
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions and in international environments
  • Solution-focused approach to business challenges, proficient in IT tools (SAP)
  • Independent and proactive work style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to be assertive when needed
