Your Responsibilities: Contributing to Our Success
  • Assisting the team with the Non-Food operations related to the documentation and organization of various sample types.
  • Distributing specified sample quantities to different departments (such as Marketing, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Product Development) and external partners executing marketing initiatives for Tchibo.
  • Proactively supporting the processes of opening, documenting, receiving, and dispatching Non-Food sample deliveries.
  • Managing the storage and lending of samples from the central Non-Food sample repository.
  • Inputting data into SAP, MS Excel, or other relevant systems.
Your Qualifications: Evolving Together
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrating agility, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Exhibiting a hands-on approach and enjoyment of both computer-based tasks and physical activities.
  • Possessing a friendly attitude, organized and diligent work habits, quick learning ability, and strong focus.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, with basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Available to start immediately, ideally for a duration of six months.
