Logistics Operations Manager

As a Warehouse Operations Lead at SYNCREON, you will oversee the efficient delivery of customer products within the incoming and outgoing goods sectors. If you thrive in a contemporary setting and are driven by fast-paced workflows, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel and take responsibility for operational activities.
- Plan and oversee tasks, including employee work distribution and briefings.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, staff, and temporary workers.
- Organize and supervise the flow of goods.
- Ensure timely processing of orders, guaranteeing the safe handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct daily and weekly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor workplace safety and adherence to disciplinary standards.
- Address damage reports and complaints, assisting in resolution and documentation.
- Track inventory levels and conduct stocktaking and cycle counts.
Essential Qualifications
- Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a similar qualification is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or forwarding, with management experience being advantageous.
- Proficiency in German and strong written and spoken English skills are required.
- Excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP is beneficial.
- Enjoyment of a dynamic and varied work environment for a global clientele.
- Strong personal accountability, independence, and planning skills.
- A dynamic, goal-oriented, and collaborative personality with effective communication skills, capable of working under pressure.
