As a Field Service Engineer for Charging Station Operations at Jolt Energy, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our charging station network. This includes:
- Supervising the installation of charging stations in Stockholm and other locations.
- Commissioning and maintaining charging stations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinating with our partners and customers to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Providing 1st level support for our charging station hardware and software tools.
- Contributing to the continuous optimization of our operating processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and other relevant tools.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
