Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Trade Marketing team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating B2B campaigns in line with time plans and budgets. You will identify suitable events and campaigns to achieve target settings and KPIs. You will develop tailored concepts for successful campaigns and monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
- Promote and maintain positive relationships with key brand partners
- Analyze existing internal processes and develop strategic improvements based on standardization, digitalization, and automation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, PR, Communication, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, B2B, or Sales
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Asana is a plus
- High affinity for the beauty industry
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented work style, effective communication skills, innovative thinking, and negotiation skills
- Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
