About the Opportunity

We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding consumer brand specializing in unique baby products. As they embark on their next growth phase, they are seeking an Export Sales Manager to operate within the DACH region.

Role Overview

In the capacity of Export Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on cultivating, generating, and enhancing sales and distribution of the brand within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new clients on a global scale.
  • Serving as the principal point of contact for all matters pertaining to your accounts.
  • Regularly assessing client performance and monitoring their activities to provide relevant insights to management.
  • Ensuring that all sales and marketing initiatives are executed within the established budgets, volumes, and timelines.
  • Proactively developing effective solutions to any challenges that may impede export processes and activities.
  • Participating in trade exhibitions and client meetings consistently.

Candidate Profile

To excel in this position, you should possess a proven track record in international B2B sales, along with an established network in the market, ideally within the FMCG, Pharmacy/Medical Devices, and Baby product distribution sectors.

Experience in any of these areas is essential, and you should be willing to travel as required.

You must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills to build trust and foster healthy, professional relationships with clients and vendors.

Leadership qualities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a dynamic approach are crucial for achieving your targets. You should be adept at multitasking and prioritizing your workload effectively.
