In the role of Client Engagement Specialist (m/f/d) for the commercial sector, you will serve as a pivotal link within our Sales and Support Teams, representing the voice of the customer at Quantum-Systems. As part of our world-class team, currently comprising 11 members, you will play a crucial role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.

Your collaboration will extend to stakeholders across Sales, Support, Marketing, Resellers, and directly with our clients to ensure a premier customer experience. Your mission will include identifying potential growth areas, generating references, connecting internal teams, and acting as the primary escalation point, all while supporting Quantum Systems in its mission to set the standard for aerial data collection solutions using unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).


Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential government clients to promote our products and services.
  • Establish strategic alliances within the government/defense sector to optimally position our product portfolio with key stakeholders.
  • Business development and acquisition: Continuously research new potential clients through country analyses and networking.
  • Build and maintain networks and procurement organizations (B2G) in assigned markets.
  • Key account management and support for clients in specific regions.
  • Daily sales activities, including CRM maintenance and proposal development.
  • Create product-specific marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all sales-related inquiries from clients within the area of expertise.
  • Conduct active market and competitive monitoring.
  • Plan and execute relevant sales promotion events, such as flight demonstrations.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • 3+ years of experience in the government sector (e.g., military, police, international organizations, NATO), preferably in sales.
  • Proven negotiation skills with defense companies and government procurement agencies.
  • Ability to master RFI and RFP responses and create competitive proposals.
  • A strong desire to win deals and advance the sales pipeline.
  • Capability to organize and lead client events, deliver presentations, and represent the company.
  • Fluent in English, preferably also in French or Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • A plus: Existing network within the European/international defense procurement community.
