In this role, you will engage in advocacy initiatives, track legislative proposals, and assist with internal collaboration efforts. This position offers a chance to be part of strategic communication projects at KWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze policies impacting KWS's business
  • Facilitate internal discussions regarding policy matters
  • Observe political developments at the EU level
  • Arrange meetings and events
  • Manage internal information systems
  • Offer administrative assistance

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in relevant disciplines
  • Keen interest in agricultural and food policies
  • Strong networking and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of German is advantageous
