Local Projects and Events Specialist

KGaA.

In this position, you will become an integral part of the Public Affairs & Arts team at KWS. Your responsibilities will include organizing the prestigious 'Jugend forscht' competition for youth aged 9-14 in the local area, along with managing various other projects and events that enhance our commitment to social responsibility.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the organization of the 'Jugend forscht' competition in the community.
  • Plan and promote additional local events focused on social engagement.
  • Support and assess community projects within the region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional stakeholders, including sponsorship and communication efforts.

Your Qualifications:

  • A completed vocational training or a higher education degree.
  • Proficient in German with a good command of English.
  • Strong project and event management capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Preferred background in community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Customer-oriented with an exceptional service attitude.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
