We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our team at Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our talent pool, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile ERP projects in an international environment.
With a minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful implementation of S/4Hana programs. Your expertise in agile methodologies, project management processes, and stakeholder management will be invaluable in driving project deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business and IT leads to track project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Establishing and managing project governance structures and reporting mechanisms
- Developing and maintaining project plans, including activity tracking and status updates
- Preparing top-level management presentations and reports
- Managing stakeholder expectations and communication
- Setting up and managing project management tools, such as JIRA
Requirements for this role include:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in complex projects, programs, and system rollouts within ERP
- Knowledge of agile working methods, such as Scrum and/or SAFe
- Understanding of project management processes and methods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience working with project management tools, such as Smartsheet
- Experience in preparation of management presentations, tracking tools, templates, and project frameworks and documentations
- Excellent skills in English, both spoken and written
