Position Overview:

As a **Senior Manager** in the **Audit** department, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the annual and consolidated financial audits of companies within the **Asset Management** sector, adhering to both **HGB** and **IFRS** standards with a focus on risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the comprehensive evaluation of business models, operational processes, and financial outcomes, addressing critical inquiries related to accounting practices, asset valuation, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 10 audit professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Conduct thorough audits of supplementary services and deliver insights on compliance matters.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in **Economics** or **Law**, ideally with a specialization in auditing, taxation, accounting, or finance.
  • Extensive experience in auditing financial statements for banks, asset management firms, or other financial service entities under **HGB** and **IFRS** regulations.
  • Proven track record in managing personnel effectively.
  • Demonstrated motivation, initiative, and strong leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both **German** and **English**.
