AFC Audit Manager

Raisin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AFC Audit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Group Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in helping us protect our assets, reputation, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits as per the annual audit plan, with a focus on AML and other regulations combating financial crime.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, recommend improvements, and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk management and compliance teams, to ensure alignment on governance and compliance issues.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and thorough execution of audit plans.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reporting to Senior Management and presentations for relevant Committees.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Law, or Economics, with advanced degrees or certifications highly appreciated.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in auditing, governance, risk, and compliance, ideally within the international financial services industry.
- Regulatory knowledge of BaFin specific regulation, such as MaRisk, and EBA guidelines with a focus on anti-financial crime.
- Strong communication abilities and experience in stakeholder management.
- Good English language skills, with German and other European languages a plus.
