Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze customer and competitive insights to identify product development opportunities.
- Select product features and develop value propositions, validating them with customers before launch.
- Drive the new product development and introduction process, ensuring successful launch and commercialization.
- Deliver technical presentations to the sales organization and key customers.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from inception to end-of-life.
- Develop and implement global market segmentation and positioning strategies for the product portfolio.
- Prepare financial models and analyses to effectively manage the profit and loss for the product line.
- A master's degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Physics, Engineering, or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Advanced degrees in business, science, or marketing are a plus.
- Couple of years of relevant professional experience in the life science market, mass-spectrometry based proteomics, and/or analytical instruments like mass spectrometry.
- Prior product management experience is preferred.
- Practical experience in requirement engineering is a plus.
