Deine Aufgaben
  • In einem dynamischen Team arbeitest du eng mit Kolleg:innen und unseren Partnern aus dem Finanzsektor, einschließlich Sparkassen, Banken und Versicherungen, an Projekten zu unseren Kernkompetenzen:
    • Du begleitest die (agile) Transformation hin zu zukunftsorientierten Organisationen - sowohl in Pilotprojekten als auch in umfassenden Initiativen, stets mit einem Fokus auf die Menschen.
    • Du entwickelst Innovationsstrategien, analysierst relevante Mega- und Makrotrends und setzt dich mit deren Einfluss auf die Unternehmensstrategie und deren Umsetzung auseinander.
    • Du versetzt dich in verschiedene Zielgruppen wie junge Kunden, erfahrene Fachkräfte oder Mitarbeitende und erarbeitest maßgeschneiderte Lösungsvorschläge für deren spezifische Bedürfnisse.
  • Du konzipierst effektive Vorgehensmodelle, planst Workshops und führst diese mit unseren Partnern durch, um den größtmöglichen Nutzen zu erzielen.
  • Du förderst neue Ideen, bringst dich aktiv in unserem Social-Media-Team ein oder engagierst dich in internen Initiativen.

Deine Fähigkeiten
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Consulting mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Change Management und Transformation, idealerweise in der Zusammenarbeit mit Finanzdienstleistern, oder hast die Transformation einer Bank aus interner Perspektive intensiv begleitet.
  • Du setzt dein Wissen aus deinem Hochschulstudium mit einem Fokus auf Change Management oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre erfolgreich in der Praxis um.
  • Deine methodischen Fähigkeiten und dein Wissen über Veränderungsprozesse nutzt du, um konkrete, messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
  • Du gehst kreativ und zielorientiert an Herausforderungen heran und zeigst dabei deine strategische Stärke.
  • Du begleitest Menschen empathisch und entfaltest dein volles Potenzial in der Teamarbeit.
