Job Description
You provide comprehensive consulting to clients regarding communicative, procedural, economic, and technical aspects. You are an expert in advising our clients throughout all project phases: from defining the initial vision and translating comprehensive challenges into a concrete roadmap, transformation programs, and preparing for implementation, you analyze complex challenges and create understandable business cases. As a Lead Consultant, you are responsible for developing digital business strategies considering customer, organizational, and technological perspectives, deriving necessary recommendations, and translating them into transformation programs. Our clients perceive you as a thought leader in digital transformation – you embrace this role with enthusiasm and great professional confidence. You lead interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects with joy and assurance to win clients. Together with a team of highly qualified and experienced strategy consultants, you continuously enhance our Business Consulting Services. You take the lead in defining sustainable organizations to achieve better customer centricity and design innovative digital services. As a change management expert, you advise C-level management on the tailored design of change management and empower stakeholders with methodologies, processes, tools, and governance. You possess a comprehensive view of communication approaches and measures, along with a deep understanding of the strategic positioning of companies/brands/individuals.Qualifications
At least 3+ years of professional experience as a consultant in a strategic role within a professional services firm, industry, startup, or a renowned consulting firm. Excellent knowledge in strategy development, supported by practical application of consulting methods and models. Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with the ability to effectively communicate complex solutions. An entrepreneurial mindset and experience in executing national and/or international digitalization or transformation projects. Enthusiasm for several of the following areas: innovation management, digital business models, transformation management, organizational development, process optimization, multi-channel models, data and CRM, e-commerce. Team spirit and a high willingness to continuously learn new things. Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (negotiation level).Additional Information
