We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team and help cultivate a thriving VisionAI culture. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our workforce and driving our success in transforming e-commerce.
We seek a results-oriented Recruiter who possesses a passion for identifying and engaging top talent, along with a comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Talent Sourcing: Actively seek and attract candidates (primarily in commercial and technical roles) through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screening and Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and perform initial assessments to determine candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create and manage engaging job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection.
- Data Management: Keep precise and current candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as necessary.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
To excel in this role and help us build an exceptional team, we require the following qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d):
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proactive and innovative problem-solving approach
- Fluency in English and German
