We are currently seeking a Student Assistant (m/f/d) in the HR Operations department.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will assist your team in personnel administration, including the preparation of certificates, confirmations, and various correspondence, while also contributing to operational HR tasks.
  • You will engage in the preliminary payroll process and independently coordinate the workflow related to electronic sick leave certificates.
  • Additionally, you will participate in exciting projects related to recruiting, training, and social responsibility.

Your Profile

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on HR.
  • You have a keen interest and motivation to learn about the HR field from the ground up.
  • Previous practical experience in HR is advantageous.
  • You demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, which are reflected in your daily work.
  • You are a team player, communicative, and enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ideally, you are available for 12-20 hours per week.
