Job Overview:

Expertum GmbH, a leading global provider of lifting solutions, is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician/ Mechatronics Technician to join their team in a Service Technician role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough fault analysis, testing, maintenance, and repair of lifting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to prevent equipment downtime and extend its lifespan.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Take ownership of crane systems and lifting equipment from various manufacturers within your designated region, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, or equivalent electrical qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electronics, control systems, drive technology, and automation systems, including SPS and frequency converters.
  • Ability to work at heights and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
