Agricultural Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agricultural Technician to join our team at Südbayerische Fleischwaren GmbH Ingolstadt. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the processing of agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and monitor all processes involved in the production of food products, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Develop and implement efficient production methods to meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a production or quality control role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
