E Drive GmbH is the backbone of the German e-mobility business and represents the brand E. We bring renewable energy to the road and support individuals and companies throughout Germany, to travel in a clean, quiet and affordable way by using electromobility.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team in Essen. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our operations, ensuring that our customer requests are met and our services are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation and Analysis: You will be responsible for documenting and analyzing customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
- Customer Communication: You will be responsible for proactive and transparent communication with our customers, ensuring that they are kept informed of any issues or updates.
- Charger Infrastructure Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that our charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework.
- Service Quality Improvement: You will be responsible for helping us to further improve our service quality and operational excellence.
- Business Growth: You will be responsible for contributing to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
Requirements
- Education: You will have a university degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
- Work Experience: You will have work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
- Skills: You will have initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations, excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German, and a can-do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area.
