IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Koordination der globalen Durchführung von Präsenz- und Online-Schulungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung und relevanten Partnern.
  • Entwicklung und Aktualisierung von Schulungsprogrammen und -inhalten.
  • Abstimmung und Organisation der Kooperation mit externen Dienstleistern.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen zur Einhaltung von Vorschriften, einschließlich Schulungen für Trainer.
  • Erstellung von Kommunikationsformaten zur Steigerung des Bewusstseins für Compliance.
  • Gestaltung und Pflege des Compliance-Bereichs auf Intranet- und Internetplattformen.
  • Erfassung von Compliance-Kennzahlen zur Präsentation bei relevanten Interessengruppen.
  • Leitung und Unterstützung von Projekten zur Erweiterung und Harmonisierung der konzernweiten Präventionsmaßnahmen.
  • Unterstützung dezentraler Compliance-Teams bei der Umsetzung von Präventionsstrategien.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance, idealerweise in einer Matrixorganisation.
  • Hohe technische Affinität und sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen.
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, um Themen voranzutreiben und eigenständig Lösungen zu entwickeln.
