Job Title: Trade Compliance Specialist

Textron Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our export and import activities are in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive trade compliance program to ensure compliance with EU, UK, and US regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on trade compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all export and import activities are properly documented and recorded.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in trade regulations and laws, and provide recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as international trade or logistics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade compliance, with a focus on export and import regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and German, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
