About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Monitoring Specialist to join our Tetris team in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our Furniture Solutions department, you will be responsible for monitoring and following up on sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Coordinate with project managers and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Manage and register purchase orders, prepare delivery receipts, and update statistics and team sales reports
- Communicate with customers throughout the order process, from order entry to delivery and billing
- Place purchase orders and ensure suppliers have received them
- Meet with project managers to coordinate and follow up on orders
- Financially close orders and register purchase orders
- Prepare delivery receipts and update statistics and team sales reports
- Follow up on validation of purchase orders and supplier invoices, as required
- Customer invoicing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as management assistance or a similar function
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Keen sense of customer satisfaction and ability to provide excellent service
- Ability to work as part of a supportive and talented team
