About the PositionThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading Mindspace's marketing efforts in Germany, across existing and new locations. This role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a 360-degree marketing plan for Mindspace in Germany, including online and offline channels, media partnerships, and community engagement.
- Strengthen brand awareness and visibility in Germany, leveraging marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Lead go-to-market and launch activities for new locations and offerings in Germany, including market analysis, messaging, and launch plans.
- Generate leads and drive sales for Mindspace locations, offerings, and services in Germany.
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors and partners, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage a yearly budget and optimize marketing spend to achieve business objectives.
- Attract major ecosystem events to Mindspace locations and facilities, driving business growth and brand visibility.
- Drive Mindspace's presence at major conferences, tradeshows, and startup events, showcasing our brand and offerings.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, campaigns, demos, videos, and sales enablement tools.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing management roles, preferably in a luxury brand or startup environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English.
- Experience in online advertising and lead generation campaign management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness to travel between Mindspace locations in Germany.
- Marketing management experience in both startup and enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as SalesForce and HubSpot.
- Proven ability to execute marketing programs, processes, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of business dynamics, including strategy, revenues, costs, value proposition, sales pipeline, competition, and differentiation.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to understand data and numbers, as well as branding, messaging, and emotional drivers.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insightful and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using technology, including Windows, MS Office, Google apps, social networks, task management tools, and more.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
