Key Responsibilities
  • Assembling and guiding the marketing team to meet aggressive growth objectives
  • Crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies to engage target audiences
  • Refining marketing processes and implementing best practices
  • Collaborating across departments to anticipate demand and drive lead generation for sales success
  • Initiating, testing, evaluating, and enhancing marketing campaigns
  • Partnering with international marketing teams to share insights and collaborate on effective strategies
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Expertise in managing campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to make creative, data-informed decisions
  • Familiarity with the FinTech industry is advantageous
  • Proven experience in developing and leading marketing functions, preferably in a scaling environment
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting and take initiative
  • Hands-on approach with full responsibility for executing plans
  • Building strong relationships as a trusted advisor to executives and team members
  • Fluency in both German and English
