Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a Digital Visual Designer to join our exceptional Design Team, contributing to the creation of an outstanding and engaging visual experience for our brand and website.

In this role, you will engage in brand-centric projects, ensuring consistency and elevating our brand presence. You will collaborate with our marketing, growth, community, and product teams to establish a robust visual identity, enhance our existing brand guidelines, deliver visual assets across various channels, and improve the UI of our website.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive brand design solutions that align with our brand identity, from concept to execution.
  • Working alongside marketing and product development teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity for the company's digital products and online presence.
  • Proposing, designing, and refining UI solutions for our website.
  • Ensuring visual consistency across various platforms, including social media, newsletters, presentations, and the website. Upholding brand standards and evolving visual systems.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in digital brand design and UI.
  • Creating assets for our website, newsletters, marketing emails, landing pages, presentations, infographics, and other digital materials.
  • Establishing and optimizing our marketing design processes while exploring innovative ways to showcase the Softr brand both internally and externally.
  • Contributing to our overarching brand strategy.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand design, particularly in digital and UI.
  • Proficiency in branding, image editing, web layout design, iconography, color theory, typography, and campaign design.
  • Experience with no-code website/app development tools such as Framer, Webflow, etc.
  • Expertise in design tools to transform ideas into high-fidelity assets, including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices in user interface (UI) design.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to balance and deliver work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a product-led company.
  • Background in B2B SaaS (B2C experience is a plus).
