Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at BTG Internationale Spedition. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing our international land transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international land transportation operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of shipments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and service providers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Procure and manage freight capacity, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process and manage customer orders, including order entry, pricing, and invoicing.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of logistics operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
