About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at BTG Internationale Spedition. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing our international land transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the disposition and execution of our international land transportation operations
  • Develop and present daily freight rates and quotations to customers
  • Procure freight capacity from various carriers
  • Process and calculate customer orders, including freight costs and other charges
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of shipments to customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and service providers
  • Handle customer complaints and claims in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

  • Completed education in logistics, transportation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Additional knowledge of English and Romanian is desirable but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Flexibility, strong work ethic, and high motivation
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications
