Your Mission:
  • Architect and Guide Editor Development: Lead the charge in designing, implementing, and refining the core framework of the CRYENGINE editor.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable roadmaps for editor tooling.
  • Cultivate a Thriving Team: Mentor and inspire a diverse team of engine developers, fostering an environment where they can excel and contribute their best work.
  • Ensure Project Success: Assist production teams in planning and maintaining development schedules, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Support Live Games: Contribute to the ongoing support of live games by implementing system updates and enhancements to the engine.
  • Champion Code Quality: Maintain the highest standards of reliability, stability, and quality within the editor codebase.
Your Expertise:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience working on AAA game titles in a Senior or Lead technical role within Tools or Game Engine development.
  • Strong technical skills and leadership qualities, with a passion for driving innovation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in C++, QT, and asset creation pipelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of UI architecture strategies (MVC, MVP, MVVM, MVI) and their practical applications.
