Deine Mission

Als Head of Salesforce Solutions bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Führung des Competence Centers Salesforce Solutions. Du leitest das Integrated Practice entlang der Funktionen & Teams: Solution Sales & Presales, Solutioning und Delivery, sowohl Onshore, Nearshore als auch Offshore. Deine Aufgabe ist es, den Ausbau des Bestandsgeschäfts und den Aufbau von Neukundengeschäft in allen Bereichen von Salesforce zu unterstützen. Dazu gehören die Core Clouds, die Marketing und Data Cloud sowie Mulesoft.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Partnerschaftliche und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Einheiten und Stakeholdern im Konzern
  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Salesforce-Projekten
  • Management und Ausbau der Beziehung zum Hersteller Salesforce
  • Kostenstelleverantwortung und unternehmerische Steuerung der Kosten und Kostenentlastung
  • Führung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden an den NTT DATA DACH-Standorten
  • Personalentwicklung und -ausbau
  • Unterstützung bei der Governance von wichtigen Projekten im Salesforce-Bereich
  • Partnerschaften und Kooperationen mit Subunternehmen und anderen Abteilungen
  • Marketing und Vermarktung von Salesforce-Produkten
Deine Qualifikationen

Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigst du:

  • Erfahrung im Salesforce-Softwarestack und den Kernprozessen im Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Kenntnisse neuester Entwicklungen und Trends in der Salesforce-Plattform
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und -ausbau
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in internationalen Teams
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Stark ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstil und Delegationsfähigkeit
  • Qualitätsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise
