Cloud Architect

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for cloud computing? Do you have a knack for breaking down complex topics and explaining them in a clear and concise manner? We're looking for a talented Cloud Architect to join our team at MobiLab Solutions GmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer workshops to analyze on-premises infrastructure and guide them in defining their cloud adoption journey.
  • Create detailed architecture designs for cloud landing zones for applications, data, and enterprise-wide topics.
  • Help decide which cloud processes, methodologies, and resources to use to overcome cloud-related questions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Azure offerings and technologies.
  • Support cloud business analysts in cost and business case calculations.
  • Summarize complex technical topics into business-ready presentations.
  • Engage with IT executives from different industries to transform their organizations through the use of cloud technologies.
Requirements
  • Technical background in software development, infrastructure management, or system administration.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Azure and implementing solutions on Azure.
  • Knowledge of IaC technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, or ARM Templates.
  • Experience consulting customers on Azure and having success stories to share.
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale architectures.
  • Ability to actively support the team in pre-sales activities, including presentations and complex customer demands.
  • Eye for detail, but also thinking in the big picture.
  • Business empathy to understand the economic impact of proposed designs and decisions.
  • Always looking for proof-points to improve designs as knowledge grows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening and delivering solutions to problems.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Experience with Cloud Governance and risk-management approaches.
  • Ability to prepare error-free presentations, document ideas, and present to stakeholders.
