Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP-Support-Spezialisten, der unsere Kunden bei der Lösung von SAP-Problemstellungen unterstützt.

Job Summary

Als SAP-Support-Spezialist bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei SAP-Problemstellungen. Du analysierst die Probleme, findest Lösungen und arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um ihre SAP-Anwendungen optimal zu nutzen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Analysiere SAP-Problemstellungen und finde Lösungen
  • Arbeite eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um ihre SAP-Anwendungen optimal zu nutzen
  • Unterstütze unsere Kunden bei der Lösung von SAP-Problemstellungen
  • Arbeite mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um ihre SAP-Anwendungen zu optimieren
  • Finde Lösungen für SAP-Problemstellungen und implementiere sie
Qualifikationen
  • Relevante Erfahrungen im SAP-Support oder SAP-Implementierungsprojekten
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse im Customizing und Konfiguration sind wünschenswert
  • Im SAP ABAP und Debugging kennst Du dich aus?
  • Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und die notwendige Flexibilität, um auf neue Anforderungen schnell zu reagieren
  • Für die deutschsprachigen Kunden aus den DACH-Regionen werden sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2-C1) vorausgesetzt
