Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Management
    • Receive, analyze, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or management as needed
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • IT Infrastructure Management
    • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and desktop systems
    • Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
