You will join our dedicated in-house media team responsible for delivering top-tier media strategies for our marketing initiatives, captivating consumers with our iconic brands, and driving business outcomes alongside our brand managers. Initially, you will participate in our exclusive media academy, where you will learn from experts, engage in training to enhance your skills, and prepare for your career as a media professional.
- Oversee digital campaigns from inception to completion: including campaign design, implementation, monitoring & optimization, and assessment.
- Proactively offer strategic insights to achieve campaign objectives and enhance performance through ongoing analysis, tracking, and optimization of campaigns.
- Assume full accountability for campaign reporting, presenting summaries and insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
- Collaborate closely within a diverse team, particularly with our Marketing Technologists and Brand Managers, to facilitate and execute a consumer-centric data strategy. Understand our data architecture, business relevance, and workflows across involved systems.
- Become the key driver of special projects related to innovation and digital trial initiatives.
- Provide real-time insights and proactively deliver strategic recommendations to achieve campaign objectives and enhance performance through continuous analysis, tracking, and optimization of campaigns.
- Utilize strong business acumen to serve as an educator and translator between Media and Business, ensuring our media campaigns effectively reach our consumers at the right time and place with the appropriate messages.
Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed or will complete your apprenticeship in Industrial/Media/Marketing Clerkship or a related discipline prior to joining us.
- You possess a strong passion and keen interest in digital and media expertise.
- You are responsible, self-sufficient, organized, inquisitive, dedicated, and analytical.
- You are proficient in spoken and written German (C1).
- You are comfortable communicating in English in your daily responsibilities, as the media team operates internationally, and English is the working language.
- You reside within a commutable distance from Schwalbach im Taunus and are willing to work from the office several days a week.
