About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our harmonization project, which aims to create new ways of working within the Intersnack group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning activities and work plans across multiple teams and driving the delivery of projects according to our pre-defined timings.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement projects according to our project management methodology, ensuring milestone sign-off within scope, time, and budget.
- Ensure completion of all functional and project management deliverables assigned to internal or external consulting resources.
- Monitor and report progress, managing resolution of implementation issues.
- Align with other projects/initiatives on a local scale, ensuring impact on own delivery.
- Manage allocation of business resources to work packages and deliverables.
- Ensure scope and organizational change management aspects of the implementation have been identified, signed-off, planned, and successfully executed by the local team.
- Coordinate collaboration between the central delivery team and the local implementation team.
Requirements
- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or similar qualification.
- 8-10 years of work experience in IT project management or consulting.
- FMCG experience is a plus.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) would be a plus.
- Lean/Six Sigma skills desirable.

- Experience in managing the introduction of IT solutions within an organization (Infor solution would be ideal, but not required).
- Consistently seek to improve processes and effectively bring people through change.
- Thorough and reliable way of working.
- Positive 'can do' approach.
- High degree of initiative and willingness to go the extra mile where required.
- Strong results orientation and internal drive to get things done.
- Good communication skills verbally and written.
