Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Digital Marketing Specialist, der unsere Kunden bei der Steuerung ihrer digitalen Marketing-Kanäle unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die strategische Exzellenz einer Management-Beratung mit der operativen Performance einer Digital-Agentur kombinieren.

Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Business- und Budgetplänen sowie der Management von Werbebudgets unserer Kunden
  • Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Reportings, Analysen und Präsentationen sowie die reibungslose Kommunikation
  • Konzeption, Umsetzung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Kampagnen unserer Kunden auf der Grundlage von psychologischen Modellen, Recherchen und Marktstudien
  • Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und Ansprechpartnern bei Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest und anderen
  • Kenntnis der aktuellen Trends und Kommunikation von Wissen mit dem Team
Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Vorerfahrungen in der Steuerung von digitalen Marketing-Kanälen, idealerweise in einem Digital-Unternehmen oder einer Agentur
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein zahlen- und datengetriebenes Mindset
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
  • Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und high-Impact-Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben
