We are seeking a highly skilled FCAS Systems Engineer to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing requirements throughout the entire flight control system development cycle using the V-Model.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Engineering: Develop and maintain system requirements, ensuring they are complete, consistent, and unambiguous.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze and define requirements across all design levels, ensuring they are met and verified.
- Concept Development: Support and develop concepts and feasibility studies, ensuring they align with system requirements.
- System Function Specification: Define and develop FCS general system functions, ensuring they meet system requirements.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of autoflight and primary control law design requirements with general FCS functions.
- Interface Coordination: Define and coordinate interfaces with other aircraft systems, including writing Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Assessments: Perform and coordinate system design assessments for clearances.
- Software Testing: Define and monitor software acceptance test (SAT) objectives, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Education: Completed studies in the field of Aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Experience in system requirements engineering, with proficiency in system design and development of safety-critical aircraft systems.
- Skills: Familiarity with flight control systems and model-based system engineering principles, with experience with DOORS and/or CAMEO.
- Language: Fluent in English, with German a plus.
