FCAS Systems Engineer for Flight Control System Design

We are seeking a highly skilled FCAS Systems Engineer to join our team in the Aviation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing requirements throughout the entire flight control system development cycle using the V-Model.
Your expertise in system requirements engineering, system design, and development of safety-critical aircraft systems will be invaluable in ensuring the seamless integration of autoflight and primary control law design requirements with general FCS functions.
You will also be responsible for defining and coordinating interfaces with other aircraft systems, including writing Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and performing and coordinating system design assessments for clearances.
Additionally, you will define and monitor software acceptance test (SAT) objectives, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Your Profile- You have a Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
- Experience in system requirements engineering is required
- Proficiency in system design and development of safety-critical aircraft systems is a plus
- Familiarity with flight control systems and model-based system engineering principles is a plus
- Experience with DOORS and/or CAMEO is a plus
- German language skills are a plus
- Your English skills are proficient
