ABOUT THE ROLE
In the realm of Global Business Services, we provide essential support to BASF's divisions through a comprehensive network, delivering innovative solutions tailored to business requirements. As a dedicated service unit, we prioritize customer satisfaction and design our offerings to be collaborative, efficient, and forward-thinking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Global Supply Chain Excellence team aids our international supply chain units in enhancing and evolving their operational processes. The focus areas encompass various supply chain functions with an emphasis on digital transformation. The scope of our Domestic Delivery Services group includes aspects of Customer Service, Transport Management, Distribution Network Management, and Sample Management. You will have the chance to engage with our team for up to 20 hours weekly. Work flexibility allows you to choose your most productive environment.
Engage in operational digital transformation within the supply chain sector. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the processes within a global enterprise by participating in process automation initiatives. Integrate your academic knowledge with practical experiences by collaborating on diverse projects and sharing insights with colleagues. Contribute to the development of various reporting and dashboard solutions, particularly utilizing Power BI.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing studies in computer science and/or business administration. Initial experience in database architecture or data and functional modeling. Proficient in reporting tools, particularly Power BI. Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL; knowledge of Python is advantageous. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in German is a plus.OFFERINGS
