Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the availability of products and materials across all stages of the value chain.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage the procurement of raw materials and finished goods, as well as the flow of materials and goods at our Ludwigshafen site and external warehouses.
  • Determine production schedules, campaign sizes, and relevant planning parameters, including data maintenance in systems such as SAP APO and SAP ECC.
  • Collaborate with production teams and global supply chain management to ensure the availability of a rolling medium- and short-term production plan.
  • Communicate defined metrics to illustrate the performance of the process chain and identify potential optimizations.
  • Continuously improve processes across the value chain.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, with several years of experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of production processes and interdependencies across functional areas.
  • Proficiency in SAP APO and SAP ECC.
  • Familiarity with LEAN principles.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
