Join Our Team as a Production Quality Manager

Skeleton Technologies is a leading company in the energy storage industry, and we're looking for a skilled Production Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Quality department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality concerns.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for customer visits and projects.
  • German language skills (B2 level) and English language skills (fluent).
