Production Operator

We are seeking a skilled Operator in Production to join our team at Skeleton Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pilot production equipment, implementing and commissioning new equipment and infrastructure, and upholding safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Operate pilot production equipment according to standard work instructions.
- Support the maintenance of pilot production equipment.
- Implement and commission new equipment and infrastructure in the pilot facility.
- Perform routine quality tests on produced materials.
- Uphold and follow safety procedures.
- Document and report daily activities and processes.
- Collaborate with various departments, including quality, maintenance, and research and development.
- Experience in production and handling production documentation.
- Ability to read equipment operating data.
- Willingness to work in shifts (no night shift in near future).
- Proficiency in German; English skills are considered a plus.
