Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planner to join our team at Alpha Engineering KG. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in the preparation, scheduling, and execution of production orders for all factories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and orchestrate production schedules for various factories
  • Manage delivery compliance of orders outsourced to key suppliers
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop the serial aircraft
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet engineering and production requirements
  • Work with ERP and APS-Tools to ensure data integrity for today's and future IT infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain a KPI set with the Head of Factory relating to process, product, and operation performance
  • Evaluate production statistics and report major deviations
  • Shape the future of our Production Planning & Control set-up for high-volume production
Requirements
  • Completed degree in industrial engineering or equivalent field
  • Several years of professional experience in production planning or a similar field
  • Expertise in scheduling, planning, and controlling of production processes
  • Background in manufacturing, including dynamic planning and execution during prototyping and series ramp-up
  • Experience with ERP tools, with INFOR experience highly appreciated
  • Proven knowledge in project management and willingness to take ownership and transfer improvement ideas into reality
  • Team player with analytical problem-solving skills and high customer focus
  • Fluent English language skills, with German knowledge beneficial
