I am representing a prestigious global consultancy with a highly regarded SuccessFactors division across the DACH region, currently experiencing a robust sales pipeline of HR Transformation initiatives. They are among Europe's leading SuccessFactors practices, boasting over 70 specialists dedicated to delivering cutting-edge digital HR solutions for prominent international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, offering strategic insights into HR practices.
- Guide and mentor teams, fostering excellence and innovative approaches.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Expertise in various modules is preferred (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation).
- Demonstrated leadership, client relationship management skills, and experience in team mentoring.
- Fluency in German at a B2 level or higher is advantageous.
