Digital HR Solutions Owner

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary internal consultant and system expert for digital initiatives related to Talent Management and other relevant digital modules.
- Oversee global project implementations, including the selection of vendors.
- Facilitate effective change and demand management processes to enhance and streamline HR technology-supported workflows.
- Track and manage requirements and change requests associated with various modules.
- Accountable for governance, quality assurance, and value management for the Talent Management system in use.
- Collaborate with the CCT team to develop and deliver comprehensive end-user training.
Your Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of three to five years in a consulting role within a multinational setting.
- Skills: Strong expertise in project and transformation management, familiarity with product development processes, foundational HR knowledge, experience in Talent Management implementations, and understanding of end-to-end Talent Management workflows.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both German and English.
- Personal Attributes: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, high affinity for IT, and strong communication skills.
