Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Störungsannahme und -qualifizierung. Du nimmst Störungsmeldungen über unser Ticketsystem und Kundenportal entgegen, um unseren Kunden bei der Nutzung unserer Softwarelösungen zu helfen. Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner bei Störungen und kümmerst dich um ihre Analyse und Lösung.

Deine Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung im energiewirtschaftlichen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Umfeld
  • IT-Support-Erfahrung und Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Kundenorientierung und freundliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und professionelles Auftreten
  • Persönliche Eigenschaften wie Sorgfalt, Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationsgeschick
  • Technische Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Windows und MS Office
