Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently generating shipping documentation for various transport modes and relationships, adhering to largely predefined criteria.
  • Preparing documentation for hazardous materials and ensuring proper labeling of shipments in compliance with legal standards.
  • Coordinating with service providers, managing dispatch, and tracking appointments according to established guidelines.
  • Engaging in communication with service providers, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Overseeing exchange accounts.
  • Autonomously maintaining documentation for tax and customs purposes.
  • Addressing claims related to transport damages and delays in accordance with legal stipulations.
  • Reviewing import processes and scrutinizing customs and tax documentation in line with SAP and customs regulations.
  • Conducting controls of packing areas, ramps, open deliveries, and invoice inventories.
  • Performing general administrative duties.

What We Expect From You:

  • A completed three-year vocational training as a forwarding and logistics clerk, wholesale and foreign trade merchant, or industrial clerk.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Team collaboration is second nature to you.
  • Familiarity with results orientation and conflict resolution.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt.
