**German-speaking Sales Administrator / Location: Suburb of Dusseldorf - Remscheid (Ref:HN45111)**

A Japanese manufacturer located in Remscheid, is looking for a German-speaking Sales Administrator who will support their order management and shipping between their factory and clients.

The Sales Administrator will ensure that orders are correctly issued and timely/smoothly delivered by sea
- and airfreight. You need to liaise with clients across Europe using English and German languages.

**TYPE**: Permanent, full-time

**WORKING HOURS**: Mon - Fri 7.30am - 4pm (30 min lunch break, 40 hours/week) *TBD about the starting time

**SALARY**: €40-45K + commuting allowance

**START**: ASAP

**LOCATION**: Remscheid (Office-based)

**OTHER**:Commuting by car is permitted

**CORE DUTIES**:

- Issue and revise purchase orders for suppliers by using the ERP system, Microsoft Business Central
- Create shipping instructions for suppliers
- Keep track of the status of open orders and the shipping schedules
- Input shipping schedule & details and create the overview for the Sales Department
- Monitor the receipt of the shipping documents timely and check the content
- Book purchase invoices from suppliers and update order status in the system
- Monitor and record the arrival of goods
- Sales Order and Purchase Order control
- Sales Support such as counting stocks and making documents for negotiation
- Participation in international trade fairs in EU (Business trip will be needed)

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- More than 1 year experience in international trading practices /order handlings (export/import)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and handling shipping documents
- Business level English
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German (at least B2 level)
- Japanese languages or some understanding of Japanese business culture would be advantageous
- Good understanding and co-operation skills in a small office environment

**All applicants must have the right to work in Germany as the Company is not able to offer visa support.**

**Salary**: 40,000.00€ - 45,000.00€ per year
